When I arrived at the location for our engagement session, it was down-pouring. Hardcore down-pouring. Suzanne, Devon and I chatted about their wedding for about 5 min and then the clouds parted to give way to some of the most amazing light I have ever shot in. My parent’s neighbors were kind enough to let us shoot on the gorgeous property, which used to be my grandparents. Between the rustic barn and apple trees, it has easily become one of my favorite locations. After shooting there, we went across the road to shoot by the river which was my favorite place as a kid. Suzanne and Devon were so easy-going and fun to work with. They perfectly fit into each other’s arms and made my job a breeze. Suzanne also brought along a vintage bike, which was perfect for the rustic, vintage style engagement session we were aiming for. I had a great time hanging with these two for the evening and am sooo excited for their wedding! Hope you like the pics!
